By utilizing one of the industries leading transportation software, we are able to efficiently manage your shipments.  TMW TruckMate software is used in the daily functions of all departments, increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Customers can request an access code which allows user-friendly access to our system to view and print documents such as Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery and Invoices.  No more waiting for someone!  Automatic e-mailing of your invoice when billed saves you time and money.

Drivers also appreciate the technology which enables dispatch to send important information such as pick-up and delivery appointments, addresses and shipping instructions directly to them.

With Safety being a main priority at ICI, we are able to utilize the system to keep driver qualification documents, maintenance and equipment profiles current.  We also use the system to automatically communicate with dispatch to ensure all information is kept current.

TMW TruckMate’s e-manifest software allows quick and efficient transmissions of manifest details via EDI directly to customs.  It is this same system that notifies the drivers when an entry has been submitted by a customs broker and accepted by customs.  The drivers electronically receive the required information they need to cross the border.
