Hiring Criteria

We strive to maintain a highly professional, well-trained and courteous group of owner-operators that are proud to put ICI on their truck.  If you meet the following criteria and would like to be a part of our team, please fill out an application and return it to us in person.

Owner Operators Hiring Criteria

• Valid AZ license
• Verifiable experience
• Safe and Professional attitude
• Drivers abstract with no more than 3 points
  
  

Prior to a contract offer, drivers are required to:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Pass a road test 
• Submit a copy of your most recent MTO medical
• Submit a criminal search (no older than 30 days)
